Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer support team via email within 30 days of receiving your product to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the items in their original factory packaging, ensuring all components, manuals, and accessories are included to prevent damage during transit.
Ship to ICAN
Affix the provided RMA label to the exterior of the box and ship the package through a trackable carrier, as the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians inspect the returned gear for quality assurance, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
