What is the warranty period for ICAN carbon frames and wheels?
We offer a 2-year warranty on all carbon frames and wheelsets. This covers manufacturing defects and structural failures under normal riding conditions.
Are ICAN wheels UCI approved for professional racing?
Yes, many of our popular wheelsets, including the Aero and Alpha series, are UCI approved and can be used in official sanctioned road races worldwide.
How long does international shipping take?
Typically, orders are processed within 2 business days. Shipping usually takes 7-15 business days depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.
What is your return and refund policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in original, unused condition and in the original packaging. Please contact our support team to initiate a return authorization.
Do I have to pay customs duties and taxes?
For customers in the USA, EU (via our local warehouses), and UK, we often offer 'tax-free' shipping options where duties are prepaid. For other regions, import taxes may apply according to local laws.
What is the maximum rider weight limit for your carbon wheels?
Most of our carbon wheelsets have a recommended rider weight limit of 105kg (231lbs) to 110kg (242lbs) to ensure optimal performance and safety.
